Position Overview:
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of our company. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, providing strategic insights, and ensuring the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Manage all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Analyze and interpret key financial metrics to guide decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to drive performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other executives to formulate and implement corporate policies.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial partners.
• Provide financial insights during strategic planning and investment decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
